Performance Evaluation Steps

Self-evaluation

Team members self-assess using predefined skills based on their discipline and seniority. They can rate their mastery levels (Poor to Excellent) and add comments. This covers both tech skills and core behaviors.

Qualitative Evaluation

It’s more accessible for managers to review an employee when there’s a clear and easy-to-use system in place. This section assesses an employee’s performance regarding their leadership skills, interpersonal skill, and overall contribution in the team.

Technical Assessment

This process evaluates an employee’s knowledge, skills, and other abilities related to their tech competence. The evaluator can also check the employee’s self-evaluation in order to validate or invalidate it.

Mentor’s Feedback

Each employee has a mentor, someone who has a higher level of seniority and competence. The mentor evaluates the teammate’s level of impact based on core behaviors, providing feedback and further guidance. He/She will also check the employee’s self-evaluation.

Track Progress

This section allows you to track employees’ evaluation and the progress made, to inform ongoing training decisions and measure impact.

Notifications
