If you wish to put a face to a team member’s name, you can easily do so. Each employee has a section with their photo and any personal information about themselves they wish to include. Additionally, in this section they can see their work history, duration, and project name.

Holidays

Every employee has access and visibility to their available vacation days, and the days consumed. They can also check the profile of any other member in the organization to see their days off available in the current year.

Role and history in the company

Your team members can access a colleague’s profile which includes: role, the project they are allocated to, seniority, and other projects they had worked on. All this data is available and transparent to everyone in the organization.

Workload allocations

Easily calculate and sync your teams’ hours, making work allocations fast. Planner stores the exact number of working hours of each employee, their days off, to simplify payroll calculation. Every month, each team member only needs to add the hours they’ve worked, which have been calculated in advance by our tool, selects their team, and hits Enter. No more time wasted on low priority tasks.
